Imperial at 2015 PGA Show
Imperial Headwear has announced their brand new, revolutionary line of cooling products that are powered by Coolcore technology. These products will be released at the 2015 PGA Merchandise Show on January 21st in Orlando, Florida.
Mike Wrightson, General Manager of Imperial Headwear, states, “This is the next generation of performance fabrics. Coolcore has unbelievable fabric innovations that not only wick moisture but lower the surface temperature significantly, so this is going to be a game changer in golf headwear with strong consumer appeal.”
The Coolcore technology offers a chemical-free cooling solution that is 100% free of chemicals, polymers, gels, crystals or any phase changing materials. This technology rids the body of any moisture or sweat by regulating the evaporation rate. Coolcore is made up of fabrics that offer wicking, moisture transportation and regulated evaporation.
David Shaffer, Director of Marketing at Imperial Headwear, states, “Being able to regulate body temperature is a tremendous advantage for any golfer playing in warm weather. Imperial is once again proving why it’s been a market leader for almost a century by being the first to bring this innovative technology to golf.”
Coolcore fabrics have already been awarded the “Innovative Technology-Cooling Power” award, which confirms the extremely reliable and superior cooling effect of the fabrics.
